Ingredients
  

For the Lemonade
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice from about 2-3 lemons
  • cup granulated sugar or substitute with honey
  • 1 cup cold water
For the Creamy Blend
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream regular or dairy-free

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 cup of cold water, and ⅓ cup of granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Take 2 cups of vanilla ice cream from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine 1 cup of your freshly prepared lemonade with the softened vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour your A Frosted Lemonade into chilled glasses and garnish with a lemon wedge or mint if desired.
