  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Use your favorite brand
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Essential for gooey texture
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Classic choice; can substitute with veggies
For Baking
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Butter Brush on top for flavor
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Sprinkle before cooking

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the dough by dividing the pizza dough into four equal sections and rolling each into a round shape about 6 inches in diameter.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly on one half of each dough round, leaving about half an inch around the edges clean.
  3. Layer shredded mozzarella cheese on the sauce, followed by pepperoni and another sprinkle of mozzarella.
  4. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and press the edges firmly to seal.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes and spray the basket with cooking oil.
  6. Place the calzones in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F for 7 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Brush the tops with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before they are done cooking, then let cool before serving.
