Step-by-Step Instructions for AMAZING FORGOTTEN CHICKEN
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly coat a 9×13-inch casserole dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, blend together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Minute rice, and water until well combined.
  4. Pour the rice mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly. Layer the chicken breasts on top.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix over the chicken breasts.
  6. Cover the casserole tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
