Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine mashed bananas with rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until evenly combined.
  4. Prepare the baking dish by greasing with cooking spray or lining with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the banana oat mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
