  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced radishes with the juice of half a lemon and a generous pinch of salt. Gently massage the radishes for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add a drizzle of olive oil along with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and torn dill. Toss the ingredients gently to coat them evenly.
