Directions
  1. Gather all ingredients. Chop garlic and parsley, and prepare lobster meat.
  2. Boil salted water. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, reserving pasta water.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream gradually, stirring. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Fold in cooked lobster meat and lemon juice. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Toss pasta in the skillet until evenly coated. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
