  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the garlic in a covered ramekin for about 2 hours until golden.
  2. Warm 1 cup of milk, sprinkle in yeast and sugar, stir gently, and let it proof for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix together the flours, salt, and butter, then add the yeast mixture and egg yolks. Combine until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 15 minutes until smooth and elastic.
