Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of gluten-free oats, 1 cup of almond milk, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, shredded carrots, chopped pecans, and raisins. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Prepare the cheesecake ganache by melting ½ cup of white chocolate chips and mixing in ½ cup of Greek yogurt and 4 ounces of cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Remove oat mixture from refrigerator, pour ganache over oats, and gently fold to create swirls.
  5. Cover and chill again for 30 minutes to an hour to let flavors meld.
