  • 150 grams Diced Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 70 grams Grated Cheese Your favorite melting cheese
  • 200 grams Greek Yoghurt Can substitute with full-fat yogurt
  • 220 grams Self-Raising Flour May substitute with a mix of all-purpose flour and baking powder

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sifted self-raising flour with Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. On a floured surface, knead the dough for 1-2 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape them into balls on the baking sheet.
  6. Top each roll with crispy bacon and grated cheese, reserving some bacon for topping.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
