- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise, keeping them hinged.
- In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the cut sides of each roll with the butter mixture using a pastry brush.
- Layer salami, ham, and pepperoni on the rolls, followed by mozzarella and provolone cheese.
