  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon pumpkin spice can be used
For the Topping
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts or almonds/pecans

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until golden.
  2. Slice the bananas and place them in hot butter, frying for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove the fried bananas and set them aside on a plate.
  4. Add heavy cream to the pan, followed by maple syrup and ground cinnamon. Let it bubble for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the remaining butter until melted, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  6. Serve the fried bananas with the creamy sauce drizzled over and top with walnuts.
