  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup Agave syrup can replace it, but taste will differ.
For the Optional Drizzle
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Dairy-free chocolate can work as a substitute.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by lining a small tray or baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Set the tray aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine the almond meal, vanilla protein powder, ground coffee beans, almond butter, and pure maple syrup. Pulse until well mixed.
  3. Using your hands, take 1-2 tablespoons of the dough and roll it into a ball shape. Place each ball on the prepared tray.
  4. If desired, melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the Coffee Protein Balls.
  5. Transfer the tray to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
