Preparation
- Start by combining 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey, 1 teaspoon of lime zest, and 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice in a small bowl. Whisk together until smooth and well blended.
- Peel and chop 1 cup of fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces, slice 2 ripe kiwis, and dice 1 cup of honeydew melon.
- Rinse and halve 1 cup of green grapes. Assemble all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing over the fruit medley and gently toss to coat.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 15 to 30 minutes.
- Serve in a large glass bowl or individual cups.
