Step-by-Step Instructions for Protein Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2–3 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Use a whisk to blend the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. For an even smoother texture, consider using an immersion blender to mix the ingredients further for about 1 minute.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow it to chill and thicken.
  4. Once chilled, remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Stir the pudding gently to redistribute any separation and spoon into serving bowls. Optionally, top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and fresh berries.
  5. If you have leftovers, transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
