Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Gather your equipment: a blender, baking pan, and silicone molds.
  2. In the blender, combine the eggs and ricotta cheese, blending until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place silicone molds in a baking pan. Pour the egg-ricotta mixture into each mold, filling them 3/4 full.
  4. Pour hot water into the baking pan, filling it halfway up the sides of the molds for even baking.
  5. Transfer the baking pan to the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes until the tops feel firm.
  6. Allow the bites to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before gently removing them.
  7. Store in an airtight container; refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
