- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Gather your equipment: a blender, baking pan, and silicone molds.
- In the blender, combine the eggs and ricotta cheese, blending until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place silicone molds in a baking pan. Pour the egg-ricotta mixture into each mold, filling them 3/4 full.
- Pour hot water into the baking pan, filling it halfway up the sides of the molds for even baking.
- Transfer the baking pan to the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes until the tops feel firm.
