Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  2. Sprinkle in dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Fold in chopped lobster meat and shrimp, heating through for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the baking dish. Layer with lasagna noodles, seafood mixture, dollops of ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat for about 3 layers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
