- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips for quicker cooking and better wrapping. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until the chicken strips are evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Once the air fryer is preheated, spray the basket lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Air fry the chicken for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- After the chicken is cooked, prepare your tortillas. On each tortilla, layer a handful of fresh spinach leaves, a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, and a portion of the crispy chicken strips.
- Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, ensuring that the filling stays inside. Lightly spray the outside of the wraps with olive oil.
