Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips for quicker cooking and better wrapping. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until the chicken strips are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Once the air fryer is preheated, spray the basket lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Air fry the chicken for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. After the chicken is cooked, prepare your tortillas. On each tortilla, layer a handful of fresh spinach leaves, a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, and a portion of the crispy chicken strips.
  5. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, ensuring that the filling stays inside. Lightly spray the outside of the wraps with olive oil.
