Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk two eggs until the yolks and whites are combined.
  3. Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. Coat each tender in the prepared flour mixture, dip in the whisked egg, and back into the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer.
  6. Lightly spray the tops of the chicken tenders with more cooking spray. Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes.
