Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Oil-Free Air Fryer Chips
  1. Slice the red potatoes thinly to about 1.5mm using a mandoline.
  2. Soak potato slices in cold water mixed with salt for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse the potato slices under cool water; pat them dry.
  4. Toss dried potato slices with crushed garlic and vegan parmesan.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 170°F and place half the potato slices in for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Increase the temperature to 400°F and fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove chips from air fryer, optionally sprinkle with more vegan parmesan or salt.
