  3. Finely chop or pulse the cooled broccoli in a food processor until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, and almond flour until you have a cohesive batter.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper, stirring well to distribute the seasonings.
  6. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form small patties, placing them on the prepared baking sheet with spacing.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, watching for a golden brown color and firm texture.
