  1. Prepare the dough by mixing all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, melted coconut oil, and warm water in a bowl until cohesive.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10-15 minutes to achieve a smooth and elastic texture.
  3. Divide the dough into eight pieces, roll into balls, flatten slightly, and let rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out each ball into a thin disc to create the crispy texture.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan to 350-375°F and fry each buñuelo for 30-45 seconds per side until golden brown.
