  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 stalks Green Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 large Egg beaten for egg wash
For Frying
  • as needed Oil for frying

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  2. Scoop out portions of the crab mixture and shape into balls or patties.
  3. Dip each ball in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the balls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
