Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them skin-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
  4. Brush the blending oil mixture evenly over each chicken thigh.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning blend generously over the chicken thighs.
  6. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish the chicken thighs with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
