Ingredients
  

For the Béchamel Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Or substitute with butter.
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes Omit for milder flavor.
  • 0.5 cup White Wine Can replace with broth.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
For the Seafood
  • 1 cup Lobster Meat Cooked.
  • 1 cup Shrimp Cooked.
For the Lasagna
  • 3 pieces Lasagna Noodles Or no-boil noodles.
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
Finishing Touches
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley For garnish.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For greasing.

Method
 

Instructions for Seafood Lasagna
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Deglaze the pan with white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
  4. Add heavy cream, stir, and let it thicken slightly.
  5. Fold in lobster and shrimp, cooking until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, then set aside to cool.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  8. Layer lasagna noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella in the baking dish.
  9. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with seafood mixture on top.
  10. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  11. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
  12. Allow lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  13. Serve with a crisp white wine.
