Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the 24-inch baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the baguette with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
  4. Mix shredded rotisserie chicken with buffalo-style hot sauce and spread on one half of the baguette. Top with mozzarella, ranch dressing, and scallions.
  5. Sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil for 5-7 minutes. Spread ricotta on the other half and layer with caramelized shallots, mozzarella, goat cheese, walnuts, and honey.
  6. Mix drained tomatoes with garlic and oregano, spread on the other baguette half, then top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and optional anchovy fillets.
  7. Bake the baguette pizzas for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs, cool slightly, and slice before serving warm.
