  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a bowl or jar, add 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Incorporate the wet ingredients: Pour in 1 cup of brewed espresso, 1 cup of your choice of milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the oat mixture. Stir well.
