Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  5. In a bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Mix grated Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs in a separate bowl for the topping.
  7. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cream cheese filling and sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture.
  8. Bake the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet for 17-20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
