- In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 halved garlic cloves, 1-inch slices of fresh ginger, finely chopped spring onions, and 1 red chili, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in 4 cups of chicken stock or bone broth along with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into the pot with the sautéed aromatics. If desired, drizzle in 1 teaspoon of honey and the juice of 1 lime.
- Lower the heat and let the Easy Spicy Garlic Chicken Broth simmer uncovered for at least 10-15 minutes.
- After simmering, taste the broth and adjust seasoning as needed. Once satisfied, ladle the warm broth into bowls.
