  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend all the batter ingredients in a high-speed blender on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth.
  2. Let the batter sit for about 4 to 6 minutes to thicken while preheating the waffle iron.
  3. Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron with non-stick spray or butter.
  4. Pour the thickened batter onto the waffle iron and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove waffles and let them cool for 1 to 2 minutes on a rack before serving warm.
