Step-by-Step Instructions for Fluffy Cotton Candy Fudge
  1. Start by lining an 8x8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your white bark, and melt it in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  3. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and cotton candy flavoring into the melted white bark and stir well.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Tint one with light blue food coloring gel and the other with light pink.
  5. Scoop alternating spoonfuls of the blue and pink mixtures into the prepared pan.
  6. Gently swirl the two colored mixtures together in the pan using a toothpick or skewer.
  7. Transfer the pan into the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours, until the fudge is firm.
  8. Remove the fudge from the pan and slice it into small, colorful squares.
