  • 1 bunch radishes sliced to about 1/8” thickness
  • 1 medium lemon juice and zest used
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated; can be omitted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill torn
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons additional Parmesan optional
  • 1 tablespoon more fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the radishes under cold water and slice them to about 1/8” thickness.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the radishes and sprinkle with salt. Massage for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil, Parmesan, and dill to the bowl, then gently toss to combine.
  4. Arrange the radish slices on a serving plate for a beautiful presentation.
