Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the chicken breast, avocado, red grapes, sweet onion, and parsley into ½-inch pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped ingredients with Dijon mustard.
  3. Stir in the avocado Caesar dressing, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lay the tortilla wrap flat and spread the chopped romaine lettuce.
  5. Add a generous cup of the chicken salad mixture and roll tightly.
  6. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
