  • 2 cups strawberries fresh, well-frozen
  • 2 units lemons freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon glucomannan can substitute with xanthan gum
  • 1 scoop collagen optional
  • 2 cups ice fresh ice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into smaller pieces. Squeeze the juice of two lemons into a measuring cup.
  2. Combine the chopped strawberries and lemon juice in your blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle in glucomannan and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds. If using, add collagen and blend briefly.
  4. Add fresh ice cubes to the mixture and blend on high for approximately 30 seconds until thick and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired. Blend for an additional 10 seconds after adjustments.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with strawberry slices or lemon twist if desired. Serve immediately.
