Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough into approximately 1/4 inch thick circles.
- Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle, fold and pinch to seal.
- Whisk together melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture on top of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
