  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
For the Dough and Topping
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough into approximately 1/4 inch thick circles.
  5. Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle, fold and pinch to seal.
  6. Whisk together melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture on top of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
