  • 0.75 cups Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy) Almond milk can be used for a nutty twist.
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries No need to thaw before adding.
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Ensure it’s gluten-free.
  • 2-3 tablespoons Milk Adjust for your desired glaze thickness.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a non-stick donut pan with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs and milk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the frozen blueberries, being careful to maintain their integrity.
  6. Fill each cavity of the donut pan with the batter, about ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth to create the glaze.
  10. Dip the tops of cooled donuts into the glaze and allow excess to drip off.

Notes
