Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for fan-assisted models, or 200°C (390°F) for non-fan ovens.
- Lay out one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh thyme over the pastry. Season with sea salt and pepper.
- Roll the pastry tightly, cut in half lengthwise, and tuck the ends.
- Twist each length into a circular coil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the exterior of each twirl with milk.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle extra thyme leaves on top and serve warm.
