Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for fan-assisted models, or 200°C (390°F) for non-fan ovens.
  2. Lay out one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and drizzle with honey.
  3. Sprinkle chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh thyme over the pastry. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly, cut in half lengthwise, and tuck the ends.
  5. Twist each length into a circular coil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the exterior of each twirl with milk.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle extra thyme leaves on top and serve warm.
