Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • parchment paper
  • spatula
  • Double boiler
  • Refrigerator

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of organic peanut butter, ½ cup of coconut flour, 2 cups of crispy rice cereal, and ½ cup of organic liquid sweetener. Mix well until sticky and thoroughly combined.
  2. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Set up a double boiler and melt 1 cup of organic dark chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  4. Once set, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and cut into bars. Dip each bar into the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Return the coated bars to the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
