- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and lavender extract, stirring to combine.
- Fold in the mashed bananas until well incorporated.
- Carefully fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
