Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour a work surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough to a 1/4-inch thickness, and cut into 6 equal squares.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients: diced ham, mozzarella, cheddar, mayonnaise, Dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon filling onto one half of each dough square, fold over, and press the edges to seal.
  5. Crimp the edges with a fork and poke small holes in the tops to allow steam to escape.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden sheen.
  7. Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter; allow cooling before serving.
