Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a work surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough to a 1/4-inch thickness, and cut into 6 equal squares.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients: diced ham, mozzarella, cheddar, mayonnaise, Dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon filling onto one half of each dough square, fold over, and press the edges to seal.
- Crimp the edges with a fork and poke small holes in the tops to allow steam to escape.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden sheen.
- Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from oven and brush with melted butter; allow cooling before serving.
