Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli slaw, keto mayonnaise, white vinegar, Besti Monk Fruit and Allulose Sweetener, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until coated and chill for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven or air fryer according to package instructions for the frozen chicken strips. Bake or air-fry for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown and crispy.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and warm the keto tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 15–30 seconds.
- Assemble the tacos by placing two chicken strips on each tortilla, topping with broccoli slaw, and drizzling with keto honey mustard sauce.
