  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Sprinkled on top

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells for about 9-11 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper, mixing until well-combined.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell generously with the filling and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
