Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Slice the chosen good bread in half lengthwise using a serrated knife.
  3. Spread pesto mayonnaise on both sides of the bread, then layer mozzarella, tomatoes, arugula, and basil on one half.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil, then sprinkle salt and pepper over the layers.
  5. Place the other half of the bread on top and slice the sandwich into portions.
