- While your dates are soaking, preheat your oven to 340 °F (170 °C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the soaked dates and almond flour until the mixture turns into a crumbly dough.
- Roll the dough into approximately 10 balls and gently flatten each one to create a cookie shape.
