Method
 

Marinade Preparation

  2. Place your steak in a ziplock bag or airtight container, pouring in the marinade.
  3. Seal it tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 3-6 hours.
Grilling Steps
  1. Remove the steak from the refrigerator, allowing excess marinade to drip off.
  2. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 130-135°F.
  5. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes covered with foil.
Creamy Garlic Sauce Preparation
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and additional minced garlic.
  2. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
Serving
  1. Slice the rested steak against the grain and drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over it.
