Preparation Steps

  3. Add yogurt (or coconut cream), lemon juice, eggs (or flax eggs), and lemon zest to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for approximately 50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
