  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the cod fillets dry.
  2. Combine flour, ground coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic in another bowl.
  4. Dip each cod fillet in the lemon-garlic mixture, then coat in the spice mixture.
  5. Sear coated cod fillets in a skillet for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over the cod and bake for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  7. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the baked cod before serving.
