Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Mix in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth, and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Stir in frozen peas and carrots, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Spoon the filling into muffin cups, then top with a dollop of mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
