Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the unsalted butter, white miso paste, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sliced green onions. Mash until well combined and creamy.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the miso butter evenly over the top of each fillet.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes until opaque and flaky. Optionally, broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. For air fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Cook salmon fillets for 9 to 10 minutes until golden and flaky.
  5. Remove salmon from the oven or air fryer, transfer to a serving platter, and drizzle remaining miso butter on top. Garnish and serve.

Notes
