  • 2-3 cups Water adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the chopped cucumber, pineapple chunks, lime juice, peeled ginger, and mint leaves. Add 2-3 cups of cold water. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  2. Sweeten to Taste: Taste the mixture. If desired, add pure maple syrup or coconut water and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
  3. Strain if Desired: For a smoother texture, strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or pitcher.
  4. Chill and Serve: Fill a pitcher with ice and pour the Agua Fresca over. Mix well and serve chilled.
  5. Garnish and Enjoy: Serve in glasses with ice. Optional: add gin or vodka and garnish with mint leaves.
