Step-by-Step Instructions for Quick and Easy Lasagna
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef for 6-8 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine ricotta cheese, beaten egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, then noodles, half of the ricotta, and a third of mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and sauce topped with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden-brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
